SigmaMed Solutions is a Lean Six Sigma training and mentoring organization that specializes in results-focused transformations for clinics and hospitals, particularly in rural or under-served areas. The epidemic failure in how small hospitals try to drive change is that they pay for training programs. But the real way to drive lasting change is to coach managers through the process of running a successful improvement project that delivers meaningful results. The managers learn by doing and the organization sees a tangible outcome that builds buy-in and belief.
